We make it very simple for property management companies! You email us your work order and we take care of  everything.  We then bill you on a NET30.  That gives you enough time to collect rents and pay us.

COMMUNICATION IS NOT AN ISSUE WITH US! Our office is open from 8:00AM to 7:30PM 7 days a week and from 11:00PM to 7:30AM 6 days a week.  If you prefer, you can send us an email or call my cell phone.  Once you become our client you can also call one of our  handymen.
